Yes, you would need more pages, 1 page won't get you anywhere. "online dating service" is not a easy keyword to rank on....it's highly competitive

You need to do lots of hard work for this. Keep in mind that pointing too many links quickly, will get you in sandbox.

Ok, no SEO expert here, but I would probably change up the content of each page, instead of only the title. Sometimes I think you will find that less is more as well. Some good looking girls wouldnt hurt either, since I would think majority of customers are men.??
