Ok, I am supposed to have my optimization thing done and I am way behind. Can someone take a look and let me know what the most glaring errors are? I am completely freaked out and a little blind from hand optimizing every single damn page. I know there is an easier way...
Anything you can tell me would be so, so appreciated.

Ok, like I have posted before , I am certainly NO EXPERT at this, but having fun trying.
I notice that the pagerank for your home page is pagerank 4,
and if choosing the french version you have a pagerank of 4 as well.
BUT if you take the english version from the home page, it has no page rank.
I also find that there is no link ( or at least I could not find it) on the english version to go back to the home page, and that (I really dont know if I am correct) could be the reason why no page rank shows up.
OK, after that rambeling. I have found another concern.
Lets say I come in and click the french version, and we have a page rank of 4. There is a selection , on the french version to go to the english version page. Clicking on that brings up a english version that is diffrent than the engilsih version you get when selecting it from the home page. That english version is page rank 3??
Why the need for 2 english versions?
Ok, one more thing your site description for your home page.....
I would certainly shorten the title to be more descrip, besides half of the title does not show up at the top of the page.
Your Title:
Go To St. Barth's - www.gotostbarths.com - St. Barths - French West Indies - Caribbean - St. Barts, St Barts, St Barths, St. Barth, Saint Barthelemy, caribbean, French West Indies St Barths , St Barthelemy
What Actually shows up:
"Go To St. Barth's - www.gotostbarths.com - St. Barths - French West Indies - Caribbean - St. Bar"
I would certainly shorten it up and be direct to the point of what you offer. I am bnot sure if it is important to have your keywords in the page title, will have to check out the seo guys tipshere in the forum, thought I saw a disscussion on tittles.....
But I would probably change it to somthing like:
St Barthelemy : Your resource for successful trip planning to our island
Or somthing like that, just my 2 cents in a pocket full of change

Hey, we should have all newbies review a site, and see if we can figure things out!

First, THANK YOU for the response. The dating service guy gets a lot of attention (I'm pouting here) and I was hoping to get more than one person's take, but I am still grateful.
Couple of questions.
I use firefox with google and cant figure out where to find the pagerank for my pages? Do I have to use ie in order to see them or am I just missing something?
Also, keywords in the title. Somewhere I read that it is better to have a long title with keywords in it? It sounds like that might be wrong? anyone?
As far as the 2 english versions go, i am not sure what's up with that. I am still trying to figure out the logic to the structure. Anyone out there know of a good way to disect or analyze navigation and organization structure of a web? I guess I could just open a copy in dreamweaver and look at the nav map...somehow that doesn't seem satisfactory. The other hitch is, I don't speak french, so it is time consuming to match up the pages, one english with one French.
Does anyone else have experience optimizing bi-lingual pages?

1- Not so many people like and will do site reviews... be patient.
2- I did read this to... title is the main onpage factor and density might be used.
3- Mon site est bilingue, j'ai un thread BILINGUAL SITE dans le site review, ça pourrais t'aider.

Keywords are important in the title most of the time (for me cribbage changes nothing in the title). You should not put too many words, like a keyword meta, in your title. A little 4-6 word phrase with multiple word combinations will usually be good.

You should try to get more backlinks with your keywords in the text.
Also, shorten the title down a lot like joceyln said. Dont forget alt tags for your gif links

Thank you so much! I will go and shorten that title up now. Can I ask a couple of more questions?
Does it help to name your gifs something significant? like if it is named St_barths.gif is that any better than photo.gif?
I told my boss it couldn't hurt, but I'd like you pros to confirm that for me?
Also, I put the keywords and all the tags in every single page and I noticed that a lot of people seem to do the header thing in just the first page. From what I understand, the header info CAN be in all of the pages, right?
Again, thank you so, so much!
I don't seek picture serps, but I think they use ALT and filename for ranks. It's also easier to deal with st_barths than photo in the HTML code.
Hey! I had some of that right?
I posted because of your question. I rarely do site reviews. I do read them since they often have good info. It was a good site review you did.

Oups forgot this one...
Keywords tags and header (Hx) can be used on every pages yes.
But do not use the same ones. Keywords should be relevant to the content of the page if you use them. Use only one H1 tag per page.

To find out current pagerank, you can use following tool
http://www.rustybrick.com/pagerank-prediction.php
It also gives pagerank predication, but its just indicative.
