Another stange quirk of the year.

I have a page which is visited by google every one or two days and indexed. The page is index and entered in the SERPS , it does not last 24hours and then the old deep index page is promptly put back in the index instead of the new page. Looking at the google cache confirms this.

Anybody know what Im going on about.????

Anybody see this on their pages.

HHMMM.. Haven't really heard of that one yet. Is it going back to the original page each new time, as in does it always revert to that one original or is it changing as you upload new pages? Kind of hard to explain my thought there. I have heard that when you put in a new page it comes and goes for the first while, I've had that happen with PR as well. but it only lasted for 1 or 2 days.

One reason for this can be is because now google has soooo many aliases of the datacenters. Every minute or so the main google datacenter switches to every google IP possible (over 56 IPs as far as i know). Obviously all the datacenters are not updated everyday.

Other thing i can see is....give it some time..google is going through a crazy move at the moment
