I am the assistant webmaster where I work and have been commissioned to learn and implement SEO techniques into our new site. I spent much of the last two much reading SEO books, web site, etc. and think I have set it up fairly wel;l but would like a review by an expert(s). The web site was just launched on 06/08/04. I don't expect much for rankings yet, I just wanted to make sure I was on track with my coding and also to get some feedback to make sure I'm not doing anything that may penalize our site. I am still doing SEO coding to many of the sub pages at this point. Here's the link http://www.msbcollege.edu. Any reviews would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Perhaps you would like to shed some light on the keywords/market you are targeting as well as what SEO steps you have taken to this point? This will help us with evaluation of effort

Thanks for the read. Our target market is education in the following fields, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, Web Design, Software Design, Health & Exercise, Massage Therapy, Medical Administration, and Veterinary Technology. I am optimizing all pages individually based on the page's content. Hope that's what you were asking about.

1) What are target Keywords?

eg 'Business School Minnesota'

Shortlist Keywords on priority...Put them in headers (H1, H2) and First few words in page (From SE perspective)

2) What is the logic of putting H1 for image '<h1><img src="images/pics/HEADER1.gif" width="360" height="30"><br>
</h1></td>'
