Page status for PR to pass along

Heya,

In order for a PR to pass from one page to another, other than being indexed, does it have to be cached, or anything else?
If a page looks like this: www.domain.com/script.php?=364 and has high PR, is indexed, and links to a page, will the page het the high PR?

Try running the link above, with domain changed to the domain in question through a spider simulator. To find one just type spider simulator into google and take the first one. Once you run the domain through the spider look down near the bottom of the page to see if the links show up. If they do then there is a good chance that the PR will be passed on.
