I see you have different titles on each page of your forum (of course!)

How do you get vb to have a title of seo forum: search engine optimisation on each page except the threads then on the threads you start the title with the thread title followed by "seo forum" ?

Go into your manager and select
Styles & Templates >> Style manager >> Your style
Then in the dropdown to the right of your style select "edit emplates"
Your are looking to edit the templates called "ForumDISPLAY" and "SHOWTHREAD"

In FORUMDISPLAY Change the title so it reads like this
<title>$foruminfo[title] - $vboptions[bbtitle]</title>

And in SHOWTHREAD change your title to

<title>$thread[title] - $vboptions[bbtitle]</title>
