PR/links leaking from entire domain?

Heya,

I am new here, thanks for all the help and great tutorials. I have a simple question.

Lets say I have a www.domain.com and 100 pages link to it.
I have a page on www.domain.com/sub/partnersl.html with links in it to these 100 pages and links to 100 other pages that does not link to me. Do I lose something? The page "/sub/partners.html" will be in minus links but since I want to gain links to the entire domain, why should I care? Or the PR "leaks" from all pages under the domain?

If all pages are linking to internal pages it will not leak PR, it's all sent back to other internal pages. If you link out, then you send PR to them and not to your own pages.

I don't really like the LEAK PR expression. It's like you say it's unintentionnal loss of PR. If you put a link on a page, it's usually intentionnal.
