Title tag has stop words!

I was told that my tilte is wrong.

Your Title tag is too long!
At the moment it is 225 characters long. That is more then double the
size it should be.

I have shortend my title to this but i dont know what they means by stop words.

Title is: 40-90% off designer fashions. shopping the solis company way means... no sale is final until you are satisfied!

Title should not be longer than 55-57 chrs... or the exceeding part will not show in the SERPS title.

Stop words are words like "and, or, the, if, it, were, etc". Its not that you can't use them- search engines just remove them before they index anyways, so they're using up some of your available characters.

Damm yeah I cant even see the whole of your title. You shouldnt have one this big. The shorter and more relevant the better who is going to search 40-90% off etc. Target the heading toward your targeted keywords.

There is a ton you can do with your title tag. I would target your highest relevent words and use them such as:

"Designer Sunglasses, Clothing Apparel at Discounted Prices"

Something like that, try to target your most searched terms and switch your title tag on this page around every few weeks until you are satisfied with the ranking. Work on that home page it looks almost a bit risky with the grey links get more keywords in your links and drop the graphic links it will help you rank better.
