What sort of changes do you mean? Page content changes, ranking etc?

It's a good idea to look at sites that are ranking well, but don't get too hung up over it... Often it's more productive to work on your own site.

I used a free service once, but had to abandon it because I got an email everytime the site's banner changed. I guess you have to pay for the best services...
