Back links dropped

My site's back links are dropped today. I am unable to find any reason. Can anyone have idea what is being happened?

back links on google go up and down all the time.

Which Site?? Are you getting regular crawl ??Do you have supplemental pages??

My site is www.quality-shower-filters.com Crawler regular visits it and it has also lost the iindexed pages. When i type with site: it gives only on result. Previously it was showing 118 pages. Also some pages have no cached data and have 1 or 2 back links in google.

I am puzzled. What has happened to my site???

Google doesn't display all your backlinks. It's displays a small portion of them. Try checking links using Yahoo and see if you get the same results

Through a recent employee blog, google have accepted that the site: command may not be giving accurate results and they are trying to fix the issues. These bugs relate to domain names with hyphens in them and since your site has some, so i'd advise you to be patient and give this some time.
