What keywords are you trying to target? My Windows Notepad is acting weired lately, it will not allow me to see the source so you may ask SEO-Guy to have him review the code.

wyrickj I had that problem before Go to Tools then Internet options and delete files and it should work again for you.

Since it is a mortgage site I am targeting mortgages, refinance interest rates.

Should I my back links read the same or should I very them up?

Also how many keywords is effective in anchor text?

One keyword is enough in an Anchor Text link. You should always mix the targeted keywords with diffrent sites. For an example:

Lets say I put a link to your site and SEO Guy puts a link also to your site, your link on my site would say "Mortgages" and SEO Guy's link says "Refinance Interest Rates"

That's how you should do it. Using just 1 keyword for all anchor text links would mean you will never rank high for the other keywords your targeting.
