Since your site uses dynamic pages, I would highly suggest that you convert it to static pages like my recent online advertising (http://www.achievegrowth.com) site. As you can see, none of my pages have 'URL breakers' (=, ?...etc.) I forgot where I found the instructions to do it online, but I'm sure you can find it again with a simple google search. Static pages will enable google to index you faster, and hopefully, give you a higher SERP because of a 'larger site'.
