I am on the first page for one of my keywords "anchor audio" when I do an allinanchor: anchor audio
allintext: anchor audio
allintitle: anchor audio
But if you put my keyword in Google "anchor Audio" I'm not on the first page. You will find me on the 5th page and it's results from Google's directory. Shouldn't I be on the first page because of the results from allinanchor: ,allintext: ,and allintitle: ? Or do I need to wait longer?

Hmm try reducing the absolute density for the kw, in all but 2 instances you mention "Anchor Audio" together which seems somewhat unnatural try breaking a few of those phrases apart so that the first instance in a paragraph is the absolute kw, but then move it around a bit.
Maybe at the bottom you could change where you spell out your name "Anchor Audio Club" in your actual URL Like So
Jonathan David Enterprises is an authorized dealer for Anchor Audio.

www.anchoraudioclub.com is in no other way affiliated with Anchor Audio

Is it possible that I just need to wait? I ranked high in allinanchor: last month. Do I need to wait longer?

I would suggest waiting, your rock bottom in the google directory list:

Is this a new site? If so it could simply be hit by the Google Sandbox:
http://www.webpronews.com/insiderreports/searchinsider/wpn-49-20040506GoogleSandBoxEffectRevealed.html
I can assure you that the effect is quite real, and seems to be a specific penalty on the *links* themselves for new sites - more specifically, if a new domain is indexed by Google, but is accompanied by a rather large number of instant backlinks, then the Sandbox seems to kick in.
However, from experience, after about 3 months the Sandbox lets go, and the new domain shoots into the rankings for it's targeted search phrases.
On a personal note, I suspect that this may be an attempt for Google to limit the effect in the SERPs of short-run text-link ad campaigns.

My site is about 6 months old. I ddin't start optimizing it until about two months ago. Ever since then I've been submitting my site to as many directories that I can find.
