Well your discription tag looks more like the keyword tag. Why is it filled with keyword looking text? Try to get more backlinks with anchor text in. Use your main keywords for anchor text

I just had a look and thought... seems like alot keywords in text ran it through keyword density tool (http://www.seo-guy.com/seo-tools/spider.php) and found pmp certification 43 21.08%, seems overbaked but I don't know that it'd hurt ya.

A couple other things: "Joc's table trick" would push your main body text alot closer to the surface by putting it above all the nav & stuff on the left. Your titles on all pages are the same, you should target them toward "niches" represented on the pages. Maybe link back to home with mydomain.com instead of index.htm if that's how others link to you. (BTW I'd probably use a my main KW prhase as the anchor text)

The good news, you've just won the prize for the longest meta keyword of the month "PMP - Project Management Professional Certification Exam Training" (smiley here)
