ASP Help for a friend

Hey guys, I need an ASP expert, not someone who dables but someone who can actually help out with an ISAPI rewrite, cosolodating URL strings and taking care of the general cleanup of a site with its programming done very poorly. I am not an ASP guy or I would do it myself. Not looking for any freebies here, my friend would gladly pay. Please post here or PM for more details
Must be comfortable with ISAPI rewrite module and Windows server configuration
