Sandbox problem

I am in problem.... my site is in google sandbox for its top keywords ...now what i have to do..........please give suggestions.....waiting for valuable replies.....

Content Change, more back links and if possible then, changing in internal linking.

Actually it totally depends on keywords or phrases on which you are sandboxed by google.

Does Sandbox really exist in Google?
I know that sandbox is used by google for a probation period for new sites and in sandbox period high PR cannot be inhibited. But is it really exists and how can we check whether a site is sandboxed or not?

This is time of Google Updation, sandbox situation don't work at the time of big updation,
So no worries about your sandbox situation now, just look at your website conditions, and try to remove all loop holes on your websites
