Your site shows a PR4... this will get your homepage crawled everyday by googlebot. I think you might be close to a PR5 if not already but not visually updated.
If your home becomes a PR5 then the homepage will get crawled everyday and also the pages linked on it.

So do not worry, this is good. I suspect you will get that PR5 on the next one, but hey... it's just my opinion and I can be wrong.

You should post this in a thread so people may get the answer I gave you and benefit from it. Some other users could also give their opinion that could even be better than mine.

Take care buddy !

My site is a PR5. And it only gets crawled by Google about once every two weeks.

My sites ar PR3 and get crawled by Google daily (once) and MSNBot 2 sometimes 3 per day. Why? I dunno, but as long as they are getting crawled I'm fine.

I have to tell you that is very hard to believe dude. Googlebot's job is way to big to be visiting YOUR site EVERYDAY.
Sorry, I just don't believe you.

Who put up the suspected spam on my previous posts. I was just showing that my site is a PR5, and if people with the google toolbar would click on the link, they would have seen it.
I guess I understand that you all don't like advertising. But could you please remove the "Suspected Spam" sign please.
I don't spam anyone. And I don't like being accused of it either.

LOL!!! I really don't care!! I have no reason to lie and I am sure others here get a daily crawl.

What ever. I don't want to fight with you. I just wish you wouldn't tell other newbie web masters that google is going to crawl thier site everyday.
That just isn't right. And it's simply not true.

I have a few PR 5's, they get crawled at least everday, including lower pages, it all depends on how many links you have coming in as well, just one link might not get you crawled very much and if the site is old and hasn't changed in 9 months then they would most likely slow down spidering. The sites I'm refering too are forums so there is new content added every day, perhaps that is why the spiders come so often.

I am not telling anyone they will be crawled everyday. I simply said mine is being crawled everyday.

You are ticked about someone editing your post because you don't like being accused of spam. I don't like being called a liar either so until you can pull you head out, just keep your mouth closed.

Yep.. I get google probably once every 3-4 days, and MSN every 2-3 days. Sometimes they go for a full crawl, sometimes they just pop in to say hello.

To know who edited your post, you read the name under the message.
It happens to be seo guy, so no one except him will edit it again.

sly9er,

Where are your links coming from? Are they all from one or two domains with high pr that feed you? Or from a variety of sources. SEO kid is right - you're going to see more frequent visits if you have links from a variety of sources... That's kinda what a "spider" does - it "crawls" the web from link to link, and that includes going from domain to domain.

Just thought I'd show that Google had visited me a 2nd day in a row since he wants so bad to think I'm lying http://www.moonlightmile.net/stats3.htm

Also MSNBot is still hitting me strong

Most of my links are coming and going back and forth between my site and sites that I have built for various clients.
Kind of cool, my site is a PR5 and when my clients get indexed via my portfolio page, they instantly become at least a PR3, but allot of them are PR4's or 5's.
Problem... I have just completed a site for a new client a couple of weeks ago, then google came along and indexed again, but didn't include my newest client's site, by way of the link provided on my portfolio page.
All my other client sites got indexed immediatley the next time google came by, but my newset client's site still does not get indexed.
All I get when I look up thier site in google is the following:
----------------------------------------------------------------
Tip: Try Google Answers for help from expert researchers
www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com/
Google can show you the following information for this URL:
Find web pages that are similar to www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com
Find web pages that link to www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com
Find web pages that contain the term "www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com"
-----------------------------------------------------------------
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx's are replacing my client's name as per the rules in this
forum.
Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to get google to index this
client's site.
I have the proper Meta tags in, and it is listed in the same fashion as
all my other clients "portfolio links".

By the way... WaterPup.... I stand corrected. Your right and I am wrong.
Apparently, you are getting indexed everyday by google. Pretty awesome,
how did you get that to happen?
I also didn't mean to offend anyone here, I like this forum, and think it
will be helpful.

But please WaterPup, I didn't use graphic language about you when I made
my comments. I would appreciate it in the future if you left my head, my ass, and any other of my body parts out of it. :D

Please keep the rude comments to yourself. I didn't call you a liar, and you
could have proven your point with the evidence you supplied, without the
degrading comments. And then I would have stood corrected just like I did
in this post.

Hope to hear from somebody soon about my questions above.
Best regards.
