Hi riteshkj, to improve your page rank you need to have more websites linking to you. This can be other food related websites or directories. I would suggest submitting to dmoz.org. It's a great source of Page Rank. Otherwise start doing link exchanges with high PR relevant websites.

Rite: Well, serpcharger is right about the links. Unfortunately there's not much on your page for a spider to chew on. (Text, titles, H1's, Anchor text, Alt attributes...) If you have some time I strongly recommend a little reading in a couple places:
1. SEO Tutorial (http://www.seo-guy.com/tutorial.html)
2. Anything Here by SEO Kid (http://www.seo-guy.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=21)

And I'd pull that java script and put it into an external file.

My apologies if you're already familiar with the information, but there's alot there that would go a long way for your on-page stuff.

Your site is good. What I would suggest is you should introduce a section of Recipe for Indian women and girls as they are very much fond of cooking. :)
