Hi Gang,

I noticed that lately that my web stats show traffic from Netscape. Today, to my surprise, I learn that Netscape is connected to The Open Directory Project...don't laugh. I'm learning. I have been trying for nearly a year to get listed in the ODP. Does traffic from Netscape indicate that ODP has accepted my submission?...I hope, I hope.

Nope... when you are accepted you will be listed.
You are not listed, you are not accepted yet.

Your site 'was' listed in late March 2004 however the decision to list the site was reversed in May.

Even though the site is no longer listed it may still be in sites that use ODP data. If they happen to hold a copy of the data from when your site was listed then it will remain until they update it (when they update is up to them).

Having looked at the site I would agree that the site does not appear to be able to be listed with ODP. Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings.

By the way I assume that you are talking about http://www.burachdesigns.com ?
