hello guys,
I wanna ask where can i find sites that will link exchange with my Blog(http://offshore-web-design.blogspot.com/). It is new and doesn't have a PR yet. Already submitted it through link directories and i think i need to link exchange to help my blog to receive PR(em i right?) and receive traffic. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks :D
