Hello Tripty welcome to the forum, you might get a better response naming all SEO methods carried out rather than asking for advice first. If you name everything you have done people can tell you if you have missed anything out rather than going through your code.

Sorry to be so vague,

We feel that the company has a fairly unique name, so we are not competing with similar sites for ranking. Our main problem is Google - searching "Triptyk Recordings" returns nothing, and "TriptykRecordings" returns the site 3-4 listings from the top. How can we prevent internet chatter where are name is mentioned from out prioritizing our domain?

I get a page not found. Is it someting that happens often?

Tried again and it loaded... but I have that error on page on the lower left corner of IE. I would validate my code 1st. And look if the site is slow or down often...
