I've exchanged a few emails with this guy, here's the last one he sent me, it sounds a little too good to be true to me. What do you think?

Hi Mark,

It always a cart before the horse scenario isn’t it? I was just looking at your web site and I have a suggestion. We start with half the solution I am suggesting to proceed with. In this PPC management it has a fee of $500 to set up. Once we start you see responses in literally 24 hours. I am certain that there are groups out there looking for your product. What we will do is actually market the features in addition to your product itself. So anytime anyone is looking to purchase timesheet software that offers your functionality they will be referred to your site.

You can expect a 1000 + of these parties specifically seeking your products in the first 30 days. If you exceed 1000 of these targeted visitors there is a fee of .06 cents per referral. These parties will only be referred to your site on the basis they are proactively seeking your type of products. So let’s calculate that on the basis 1000 parties are proactively seeking your software. Out of 1000 how many need to purchase your product or demo, then purchase your product to justify a positive ROI?

I will still waive the monthly admin fee for the first month. Once the first month has elapsed you can view your reports we provide and look at your increase in sales for the month. From there you can elect to proceed with the SES and SEO aspects of the solution, which is $600. This provides more long term objectives which have residual effects.

This will work in 24 hours. Our clients stick with us 90% of the time when trying us out. As your products provide very clear and have niche functions I am certain we can assist you in this area. I know once you see the results you would be inclined to continue.

Let me know if this arrangement is more suitable for you?

Thanks,
