How we can make Continuously Cache

Hi Friends,
My website home page is cache Continuously 2 or 3 days but inner pages is not cache at long time .Please tell me what is the reason behind it and what is the technique by this we recover. I know some say link building fast for the site but please say other special technique.My website is 4 month old.

What are u saing, on the first line you said "inner pages is not cache at long time " and last line is "My website is new" Now tell me do u have new site or old if u have new site then google takes some time to cached you internal pages. if you have a old site or yet internal pages are not cached then you should start submission on internal pages and in article submission mention 2 keywords both keyword should belong to your internal pages, and also create your blog or word press for your site and if you have budget then lots of thinks u can do like PHP PPC etc.
