I am a little confused by what you mean by cheating.... These sites are from shops who have added their shops on their own will.

Can you explain how this is cheating? I personally do not like accusations. I demand a response on what you really mean. Wow, I am not sure why I am so offended by your remark.

It is just a shocker to have the FIRST IDIOT call you a cheater for something you offer for free. Is it my fault if that is how phpNuke works for their links directory?

I cannot disagree with you more on your baseless assumptions.

1) If you are in SEO and you are still doing all your entries by hand. Good luck. It should only take you 3 clicks and under 10 seconds. Form page - click auto fill - submit button. Spend 10 minutes, haha.

2) I have yet to start promoting the site aggressively.

3) It is relevant to all shopping sites, read the strict requirements.

4) You didn't read the SEO GUY forum rules on PR, did you?

5) Get traffic? You really serious about getting traffic from your link exchanges? It is about getting to #1 on search engines.

I apologize for the name calling, but it was a real shocker to be called a cheater.

Are you kidding? Just few click. Do you need to enter your site url, description, title, keyword, blah blah blah to submit directory.

I read the SEO guideline and I didn't omit any rules yet. I just telling everybody that what's your trick? How you improve PR? You try to create as much as pages to generate PR without leaking any PR(you didn't place any outbound link). Yes, it's related to shopping. So what?

Maybe you don't know what's the purpose of getting #1 in search engine. I don't want to get #1 on search engine if I can't get traffic from search engine. In the past, search engine may generate 80% or more traffic. But today, I think it's down to 50%. Yes, the search engine is still the most important. The other 50% go to ppl type your url directly, directory, link exchange(link from high traffic page, not the aggressive grabage website/directory that bhwebby mention before.

Im not expert on SEO. i grab the word from Peter Kent. The one wrote "SEO dummy".

Allow me to sum it up for you. Since you seem very cynical about things, you cannot accept the offer of a free listing (which I offered) in a simple phpNuke directory. Then you keep going on accusing people of cheating for something so simple as a free lunch. In this world, there are people who can afford to offer things for free. And there people who simply refuse to believe there are such things as a free lunch, maybe it is due to our Asian upbringing (correct me if I am wrong).

Reading up on all your posts in this forum confirms it. You tend to attack other posters / post out of nowhere and then apologize. You care nothing more than the promotion of your own site. You are an SEO newbie. And you could definitely work on your forum etiquette.

Why don't you consult with a php expert before we continue further with this discussion.

Whoa boys, linking is supposed to be for the users for one, not just to get rankings in the search engines, bhwebby is offering a free link, one that might provide a few hits, that's it. I deal with a ton of link exchanges each day and it drives me nuts when people make a links pages that purposefully do not allow Google to count the link, but even with redirects, what ever page google lands on from a link will get the benefit. I've seen links that were as dynamic as you can get show up in people's backlinks. I guess my point is that a link is a link. If someone offers it up for free then take it. How about you guys figure this out over PM k?
