Welcome and good morning Tim.
If you would have read the tutorial at www.seo-guy.com maybe you would not post this question. Anyway, we are here to provide some help.
So my first answer:
Yes, the meta name "robots" is followed and accepted.
But I don't understand your second question. why would you only like your index page in search engines, and not all the other sites of great content that you may have provided for your visitors? I can't understand that.
You should read the tutorial and follow the tips here, I'm sure youÄ'll be happy about the load of new visitors you might get through seo.
If you don't want the bots to spider a special page or directory, use the robots.txt:
User Agent: *
Disallow : /specialdirectory/
or Disallow: /specialpage.htm
Greetings
David

Hi Tim.
In my humble opinion this doesn't really make sense.
Sticking to your words, just turn your windows into doors;-)
You can link to your disclaimer at the top of the site. I don't know the legal issues about disclaimers, if it's a fsk 18 site its surely important..maybe an expert can help here.
Turning your windows into doors:
Providing information about your business, parts of your business. Using the index für an disclaimer is not got if you want to provide information.
Maybe we can give better advice if you but your website into your signature.
Greetings
David

For a review of your site there is a special subforum provided here at seo-guy, please post your site there with information about what seo things you did and how long the site is up and all this information.
