"Link" or "Links" in url of reciprical links page

Is the consensous still that you should not trade links with a site whose reciprical links page has "link" or "links" in the url.
I know goo gle will not pass PR from these pages but is it still worth it to exchange links.

If its a topic related site I say go for it, the worst that will happen is it wont count lol, but you will see a lot links.html counting in at least a search for link:

Go for it! Take on those links! Tis what I say! PS we have some tools sites that would be good fits I think :)
