view bids tool question

Hello,
I have just been using overtures 'view bids tool' http://www.content.overture.com/d/USm/ac/index.jhtml

But im a bit puzzled by the results it gives.
It shows whos bidding on what keywords, but why are these results different to that of say yahoo search engine?
Could someone please explain. :eyes:

Ok, I been doing some research on this, I checked the keywords I want to target in yahoo, and then checked same keywords with 'Overture Keyword Popularity Tool'.
I got different results of sites listed from each. Why would this be? If I paid overture to list me I would expect to shw at the top of a yahoo search, rather than just on some search term tool!
Hope someone can help me clear this up cause its buggin me.

Ok im going to keep on about this, :confused:

I checked out the search for
cd copier

Yahoo gave me this:- http://uk.search.yahoo.com/search/ukie?p=CD+Copier&ei=UTF-8&fr=slv1-&x=drt&y=i

Overture view bids tool gave me this:- http://uv.bidtool.overture.com/d/search/tools/bidtool/index.jhtml?Keywords=CD+Copier&mkt=us&lang=en_US&Partner=userbidtool

check the results for yourself.
Im not trying to shoot down overture or br a smart arse, I just want know why these results are different.
If Im going to pay money for service I need to be confident its going to work for me.
