I have been working on this site four about 3 - 4 months and have increased about 20 places in Google (at last check it was ranked 61).
Phrase: kung fu, kung fu community

What I have done: I added the h1 and h2 tags:
<h1>Welcome To The Dragon's List Kung Fu Community</h1><h2>The Largest Kung Fu Community on the web!</h2>
Next I modified the latest images area to use an alt tag of "kung fu". And I changed the page title to "The Dragon's List Kung Fu Community"
Any help is truly appreciated.
