I'd appreciate some feedback on my efforts to optimize our website.

Efforts:


created h1 and h2 tags on each page
created many pages targeting specific keywords
developed a sitemap
replace filenames from underscores to hyphens
developed a directory for voice talents to submit to
have over 5000 pages of content
have over 500 links - more than any competitor
#1 allinanchor for voice talents, #2 for voice overs
applied as much advice from seo-guy forum as I can
paid for inclusion in Yahoo! directory


My adwords budget is getting out of control, so I could use any helpful suggestions you might have.
