URL Redirect
Check out my page URL Redirect (http://www.seocompany.ca/seo/url-redirect.html) that shows how to do redirects in javascript, PHP, shtml, cold fusion, refresh meta tag and by 301's using the .htaccess file when you have hosting on an apache server.
