Hi! if i will search my keywords on yahoo and click on my listning in SERP with different proxy servers in the world which will change my IP address.. will it give me ranking higher in yahoo ?
as i noticed that, when we click on any SERP, it first goto yahoo and then redirects to the site.. i hope they might be calculating the CTR based on impressions..
Please correct me if im wrong...

CTP (Click through popularity) is not a factor in any major SE natural algo as far as I know. YAhoo, is concerned with tracking user behavior with clicks so that they can report via overture on the PPC side, it is not a determinant in actual natural serps. Google uses CTP in their google adwords campaigns (CTP x PPC = Position) but also does not use the technology for natural rankings (Way to easy to game)

People would take advantage of that too easily.

No. None at all. Traffic is to easy to manipulate.

what are you talking about jmansoor?
I agree, PR is simply about links, no relation to traffic at all.
