Me- I was able to connect thru a proxy guardster dot com okay. Probably hurricance is affecting (shrug).

Well If I was you I would post this a link request in this format:

"my website's title for the link anchor text: bloke's store
my website's url for the link: blokesstore dot com
my website's description (optional): high performance parts or whatever
where I will put your link: blokesstore dot com\link-exchange\ or whatever"

Then if someone is interested they can check you out and put you link up
and then pm or reply to the post.

Here is mine:
