I think I would use that keyword in your site a little more. I only see it like twice - you need to use it around 4-7% (there's a debate on the actual percentage) but currently I do not think you are using your keywords enough on that page.

Very easy to navigate, nice layout, I like it generally. I think you should add:
-Image alt tags
-Some anchor text.
-More text on pages, and more information (historical, cuisine, geographical etc.) about the places.
Generally great job, and keep up the good work.
