Hi everybody,

This is my first post on this forum ;) I am in charge of an insurance website, and I try to get a good serp for International health insurance (http://www.healthcareinternational.com) . I have been working on this website for more than 6 months now but it is now difficult for me to improve my results (I am quite new in SEO) ...

I have optimized the website: titles, keyword density, internal links ... and tried to get as much links as possible...

How could I improve my results now?

Thanks in advance for your contribution,

J

I would move the beginning of your h1 tag past the image and put it like this: <img src="img/title.gif" alt="health" width="342" height="29"><h1 align="center">
<br>
<h1>Expatriate international health insurance</h1>

and get rid of the <strong> around that h1 tag

maybe stick in an h2 as well?

throw all your css in a seperate style sheet
sam thing with your javascripts

And be patient. Google see 5.5 millions pages when you search for " International health insurance", so don't plan on being in the top ten anytime soon.

How is your link campain going? Get lots of links.
