I rank 188 in the serps for my primary keyword.
I rank 19 in allinanchor
19 in allintext
And 3 for allinurl
How can I best use this information to
boost my serps ranking.
My site has been live for 12 months now so
It’s nothing to do with it being a new site.

You should work on getting your allinanchor up by just getting more backlinks with your keyword. Also make sure to vary your keyword everyonce in awhile.

Just plan on doing link exchanges for as long as your in business perhaps. You never wanna let down because thats when your competitors will pass you up and you have to start again...

Thanks wlh, do you know why the serps ranking is so different to the allin results?

IMO it's mainly because of that allin (s) represent one parameter at a time(anchor, url, titla, etc.) , while the "normal" serps take all the parameters into account, including other on site factors + LINKS.

My other search terms allin results follow closely the actual serps results.
My main problem keyword is a very popular word perhaps this has something to do with it.
I am inching up the results very slowly its tempting to make changes but sometimes this could be for the worse.
I have compared densities for the top ranking sites and this ranges from zero up to 17% so nothing to do with the density.
The top site seems to be unmovable never falls from its top slot.

Probably because the continue to have continuing backlinks or they have so many that they are in a comfortable position for now until someone catches up with them. Like rizla said allinanchor is a fraction on what makes a site rank, dont get me wrong its still a very important aspect considering "miserable failure" in google still ranks GWB website #1.

As far as keyword density, I have realized they it is not important, unless of course it 99%. I would keep it anywhere between 2-20% but as long as you copyright text for your user and keep it readable and understandable you do not have anything to worry about.

yo tony - clear your private messages - I tried to PM you about last night's packer game, but it said "wlh has exceeded their stored private messages quota and can not accept further messages until they clear some space." What an ugly game!

Do not confuse SERP's with the results shown using the allin command. They are very different. Like Rizla says, the allin in is just one piece of the SERP's pie, just as backlinks are a piece of that pie, etc.
