Hi folks...
Can anyone help me? What are the important things I should do to rank well in Yahoo and MSN?
Any help in this matter will be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help and time.

Thanks SEO guy. But the problem is that for many of my clients I have already done most of what you say. I must admit that I rank very highly for many search terms in both Yahoo and MSN (mostly Yahoo). But the fact remains that I do not rank well with many other key phrases.
The search terms for which I do not rank well (even after doing all this) do not have that high competition when compared to the one's in which I have great ranks.
Why is there such inconsistency? After all, if I am doing the same things for all search terms, and they all have almost the same type of competition, I should rank highly in most (if not all). I would understand if for example with term 'X' I ranked at say #4 in Yahoo and and with term 'Y' at #8 or even in page 2.
But the fact is that with the term 'Y' I am not even in the first 10 pages. Whereas, I am at #4 with 'X'. And I have dome the same things for both these terms.
That is my problem and confusion.
If any expert can provide useful advice that would be great.
Thanks for your time.
