Pr 6 and serps still suck

Ok, I hope this is not a TOS violation, but my website is (Actually yes it is, NO ADULT URLS) (upscale fun - we're on the radio every week and were on channel 5 in Chicago) and I've tried to seo the website as best as possible and no one in my industry has higher than a 4pr, yet my rankings are still on the third page. Can someone offer any advice as to what I can do to increase serps? My keword density is about 12% for the term "chicago stri-xx-ppers" (didnt want it to show in the serps). Any ideas? Not enough keywords, bad design etc?
