I heard linkitforward.com in seochat forum. They have thread discuss it. Most of them like the concept, but i want to know anyone here using it. Look like the concept is good for pr4+ site, and it's not for pr0 site.

It looks pretty good to me but not on it's own, if you drop the service, you loose the links-bad. Might be good to get you going though. There is a tool there to see what your page would be worth, you may want to check that out.
According to their tool, seo-guy.com would be worth more credits than dmoz.com by about 225 points :p

Linkforwards idea is good but its price is to expensive.
I am right now building a similar solution for non-reciprocal linking. Less expensive an more function. The whole system applies to the Hilltop Algoritm included by Google.
My first version will be read at the end of November.
Stay tuned :)
