IMHO, Always the "Good" one is www.yahoo.com itself. :-)

For comparison purposes, I use www.marketleap.com

Yahoo! is tougher on ranking tools that operate multiple queries.

our homemade tool checks plenty of keyphrases, links and competitors on a daily job, since the "mafia-boy" incident yahoo will give you a 50-60 queries "credit" on a session before you'll get a 999 Yahoo! error.
To solve this problem our job runs 40 Yahoo! queries at a time, goes on a 30 minutes break and then repeatedly.
