Google PageRank 3 page not in search results

We have just worked on a site and faced a unique problem home page has PR4 and it is in results other pages are showing PR3 in google toolbar but the pages are not in search results we used to check

site:domain.com

we are finding only one page that is index.html

how it is possible why other pages showing PR but not in google database

Yes... but mainly frequency.

A PR4 is visited once in a blue moon for subpages... once a week maybe.
The home page is usually crawled everyday.

A PR5 home is chewed everyday, subpages linked from home about everyday. They are skipped once in a while when google needs more computing power, like an update.

A PR6 home and subpages of the subpages linked from home are crawled everyday also... I have only 3 levels so I'm basically deepcrawled every day.
I can't spot the deepcrawls now.

I am talking about first level page. the home page is in database other pages of first level showing pare rank of 3 but they are not in google database I have searched using site:domain.com it shows only the index.htm no other pages of that site are shown

The problem is unique we never seen this in last 3years

I think everyone is missign Megri's point, what he is observing is pages with PR that are not actually in google (This is correct right Megri?) This is not an uncommon phenomenon however it is generally because a site is banned and although the pages are out of the index they still have residual PR showing up in the toolbar when viewed.

Ok I agree with you It is new site and we are get online data from dmoz. it is dmoz directory data online through php script how the google can penalise Dmoz data further index page is there if it is to ban it should ban the index also and it is also a new site and only lauched a 25 days before and google has never shown any pages than index pages

I've been searching for reasons my site has a PR of 0, I can't figure it out, nor can I understand why google doesn't have a description/title for my site...
