Can someone define for me what "indexing" actually means?


If someone finds this "[More results from www.yourdomain.com ] " (along with the "cached" and "similar pages" links)

in Google under one of their pages found in Google search results, does this mean that more pages found in that link are indexed in Google?

Indexing is adding pages to the google index. You can see what pages are indexed with the command site: . If a page has a cache then it is indexed.
