keyword tracker tool

Hi everyone.
I read a few posts that recommend the Keyword Tracker program by Digital Point. I downloaded Alexa and started to get an API key. But then I read G's terms of services. Seems to be using their tool is against the rules?
Am I right?

I'm just working on getting my site better and do not want to make a mistake. Has anyone here been penalized for using it?

Digitalpoint's keyword tracker tool isn't against G's terms of service because you are using a registered API key to conduct the allowed number of queries for your site. I wouldn't worry about using Digitalpoint's tool what so ever.

Another interesting keyword related tool is a "search term competitiveness" tool. I can't verify how accurate it is, or what equations went into its development but it's interesting nonetheless.

Anyone done some comparitive analysis or testing with it?

It seems like quite a useful tool but it rated 'casinos' and 'online casinos' as intermediate difficulty :eek:
