OOPS Seems i cant spell my own site name

Would someone please critique my site - yes - I know it needs lots of work - but - i am trying to focus on seo page content for now as my PR is decent but my ranking are poor - I DO relaize the competitiveness of my industry

I have put a lot into SEO but I now realize my strategy is fragmented - picking up little bit here and there that have resulted in a overall flawed strategy - I would love it if someone could suggest guidelines (in order of importance) for me to follow -

I am primarily targeting the following key words

you might wanna check your site for the links.

One of your link is pointing to discountrxmart.com at the bottom where it says Canadian Pharmacy Disclaimer :eek:

Also, might wanna change around the text, it looks kinda copy paste :p

Maybe in your own words?

Changed the discountRx links - not sure how it happened - spent too much time analyzing the competition
