<p align="right"><img src="web designing india web hosting indian company cheap rates domain registration bangalore delhi lucknow kanpur usa uk/web-designing-india.GIF" width="16" height="17" border="0"></p>

<img src="web designing india web hosting indian company cheap rates domain registration bangalore delhi lucknow kanpur usa uk/visa_designing.gif" width="27" height="17" border="0">

&nbsp;&nbsp;<img src="web designing india web hosting indian company cheap rates domain registration bangalore delhi lucknow kanpur usa uk/mastercard_hosting.gif" width="27" height="17" border="0">
&nbsp;<img src="web designing india web hosting indian company cheap rates domain registration bangalore delhi lucknow kanpur usa uk/icici_hosting.gif" width="41" height="16" border="0">
&nbsp;<img src="web designing india web hosting indian company cheap rates domain registration bangalore delhi lucknow kanpur usa uk/hdfc_designing.gif" width="68" height="13" border="0" alt="India">
&nbsp;<img src="web designing india web hosting indian company cheap rates domain registration bangalore delhi lucknow kanpur usa uk/centurian_hosting.gif" width="66" height="17" border="0"></b></font></p>

is it makes any effect on google ranking or it is a new technology of sapm which is not checked by google.

I also agree with you he is the worst case I have ever seen.On search engines as well as otherwise the internet ethics are missing but google yet has to do something about this sort of spam.
