SEO free online tools ?

Hi guys, this is my first post in this forum, so if there is something not right in my post I apologize beforehand :D . I have an issue on which I am a bit stuck. It concerns all the free SEO online tools which are so many. I am not at all sure which ones to use and how accurate their statistics are, can someone please shine some more light on that subject. What I also came across is that I didn’t find as many of these tools for Yahoo as for Google, are all these Google tools also available for Yahoo ? I am pretty lost. The second issue is that I have no idea how useful they can be for the serps and the PR of the website itself. Any help and info will be greatly appreciated

Your question is a bit vague Shepard, there are literally thousands of tools out there reporting how accurate each one is would take years.
