Tofino Surf = Fractured Heel :(

Well I'm back from what should have been an excellent 5 day journey to Tofino.

I glouted about going and I guess Karma frowned on me, I fractured my heel by lunchtime on the first day playing "Ultimate" on the beach. Didn't even get into the surf.

Hope everyone else's weekend went better than mine :D
