I want my visitors to be able to add a page automatically for their pets. i.e they enter pet information - name, gender, etc and also upload an image of them and the page is created after.

Any ideas how I would go about this?

Any dynamic format would work (asp, php, cf or .net). What type of server are you on?

I'm looking to implement something similar to dogster.com, members can login and upload pictures and dog information. Was wondering if there was any "out of the box" php scripts?

I checked there first, can not really find anything which is similar. I might contact the webmaster see if he can help.
