Question about other types of links besides text

Hi All,

I was checking some of my back links to make sure they were all still active (some weren't).

I noticed that a couple of sites had image links (they put a picture of my logo on their site and linked off that) or some had my URL as a link (including the http:// part).

I am wondering about these two different types of links. Any thoughts about the advantages or disadvantages.

keyword rich text links are the best.

if you get an image link you want your keywords in the alt and title tag.
