SEO review for an escorts site

Getting an escorts site to rank high is not easy 8-| , especially with directories that no longer accept free submissions, especially for "adult" type sites. Although this one does not actually contain adult content, but falls under their adult sites by default.

Hi Grin, welcome to the forum. Your index page appears to be fine when I run it through a simulator so your content will be showing up. I think your going to have to really work on getting some backlinks. As for getting into directories, try this:

http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=escort+directory

If they won't let you into the directory, just check the directory's back links and then start emailing asking for links from those sites in the list.

there's over a million results for the link above, spend your time looking for the free directories first, if you find a really great one that gives you the choice of link text plus you get a DIRECT link, then perhaps consider paying to get in, but personally I hate paying out money when I can just spend an extra few mintues getting into the free directories, which may also bring a bit of traffic as well. This will help you to build up some PR and get links from other sites, in a way it is a bit of a curse to be looked at as an adult site, but on the other hand, there are TONS of adult sites that would be happy to link with you. Just build them a seperate directory page to keep your pornsites and other sites seperate if you choose to link up with porn sites. Hope this helps a bit.

Change your links page to something other than "links.php" and also change the link that takes visitors to it. Use alt tags on your images, use h1 & h2 tags, shorten your title and make it more relevant to the specific KWs you're targeting.
