Hi there

Im new into SEO, but learning fast. I've optimized my site www.costplusjuicers.com (http://www.costplusjuicers.com) but now I need PR. I've exchanged links and I have been indexed but how long do I wait before google updates its PR.

Google now only updates visible PR on a 3 month or so basis. We may get an update within the next couple of weeks.

This was my first PR update. I only went from 0 - 1. I was expecting more but this is my first site that Im optimizing so it is a learning experience for me. If anyone knows another way to get links other than my way where I get 1 relavent link per day if Im lucky please let me know

The directory section has threads to get linked from directories, paid or free. It's a good place to start and get more one way links.
